Today is January 18th, 2008
I'm doing my student teaching semester. Catch me if you can.
Where's My Stuff?
Need to make bomber patches for: Sara, Ellen, Diana, Laurie
Uniforms have priority over bomber patches
The Stitcher is
CLOSED
Well, mostly closed. I really gotta graduate.
Roller Derby Helmet Panties
I use medium weight spandex, serged seams, stars are machine stitched, never iron on! They will never ever peel no matter how far you stretch them! Large stars touch across the top, regular stars are a bit smaller. These are the same helmet panties worn by the Dominion Derby Girls.

The tip jar will take you to my paypal.
I'm getting more comfortable with spandex, might start doing superhero/lucha if someone's got some good patterns or links on how to draft. I recommend SpandexWorld and Denver Fabric's dancewear section for fabric. I've had good service from both. You might try Spandexman, it looks like good work but I've never seen it i-r-l. Let me know how they are if you've used them?
Note to anyone: Fabric Hut has a 50% off everything sale on the July 4 weekend. They have excellent quality natural fabrics and a huge bridal section, but you have to be in line between 6 - 7am to get your hand stamped. Its a really long line, so if they got something you absolutely must have, best get there before 5am.
Note to jedis: I got a stash of fabric you might like, you're welcome to dig through it before you buy.
I have very few pictures of the costumes I have made over the years. If you have a good photo of you or your friends wearing something I made, I'll be happy to post it here. Please send it in!
Other stuff to burn a minute or three on
I make the felt bomber patches you've seen the DDG girls wearing. No, you can't buy one.
-My explanation of the Monty Hall problem, for no reason whatsoever. It was featured on an episode of Numb3rs.
-My gooberiffic Cosmowarrior Zero tribute page. Geek!
